každý den jeden burpee navíc - 100 burpees challenge + INSANITY + ranní cvičení ♥

cvičení po ránu (20 sekund běhání na místě, 10x burpees, 25x high-knees + 25x butt-kicks, 10x kliky, 20 sekund běhání na místě, 30x frog-jumps, 20x jumping-jacks, 20x power-jacks = 3 kolečka, strečink, 3 kolečka, strečink, hell yeah).

♥ 12. 3. 2013 - pure cardio

♥ 13. 3. 2013 - plyometric cardio circuit

♥ 14. 3. 2013 - cardio recovery

♥ 15. 3. 2013 - cardio power & resistance

♥ 16. 3. 2013 - pure cardio & cardio abs

♥ 17. 3. 2013 - off

+ občas k Insanity přidám i jiné cvičení (Jillian, P90X a další)
